Payments and Deposits Commercial Work Policy

By using this website you understand that Best House Photos payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice for commercial clients unless otherwise arranged. 30-day accounts need to be arranged with best House Photos prior to work commencing. 60 day and accounts incur 75% surcharge. 90-day accounts incur a 100% surcharge. 

Private clients must make payment for work prior to the day of work to our business bank account or pay cash on the day subject to Best House Photos approval.

Deposits and Refunds Policy

DEPOSITS - Initial deposits made to Best House Photos are considered booking deposits to secure our services for work on the date indicated. Please note that deposits up to $1200 are not refundable as your booking deposit secures the work date and/or time and we don't take further bookings for this date or time once a deposit is paid. Amounts paid as booking deposits will be deducted from the overall cost of work being supplied if our fee is more than the amount already paid. Conditions apply in relation to refunds and no refunds due to the late cancellation of Best House Photos service or services.  Booking Deposits are non-refundable and deposit amounts required are clearly stated in our communication with clients. 

We reserve the right to cancel any agreement or arrangement without refund if payment requirements are not met or prior payment arrangements not met.
